By accessing and using the CDR Threads website and our custom manufacturing services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Our platform allows users to upload custom artwork, logos, and designs ("User Content") for embroidery and printing. By uploading User Content, you explicitly represent and warrant that:
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CDR Threads, its contractors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your upload or use of User Content that infringes on a third party's intellectual property rights.
CDR Threads reserves the right to refuse service or reject any User Content that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be offensive, illegal, or a potential violation of third-party intellectual property rights.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
